“This AI project really showed us what AI can do and I was impressed with how easy to use it was and how customised to our business it became with fairly minimal time and effort. It feels like we now have much enhanced capabilities - like being able to get instant responses especially on strategic questions from our new set of AI agents.
The full benefits will only be revealed with time as we have set up AI agent experts in areas specific to our business and we need to test the responses from those together with expert subcontractors that we have. AI won’t replace our team of employees and subcontractors but it will mean that they can achieve so much more now.

There are a plethora of generic “AI for Accountants” offerings but we wanted something that would differentiate us from our competition in this area, using the very latest technology and which would keep us up to date when AI is evolving so quickly now. “Before implementing AI with Orbitil, I would spend a lot of time searching in our files and in old emails to check my understanding of something before making a decision or communicating with a client.
